How it all started

Laskarina Holidays was started by Ian and Kate Murdoch in 1976 to provide an alternative to the kind of package holidays supplied by larger tour operators. We are still a very small family company totalling 16 UK staff in the picturesque Derbyshire town of Wirksworth and 17 British representatives in Greece.

We know our islands and every house in the programme inside out. We genuinely care about your holiday as we would like you to come back for more. Although you can email us with queries, we would still like to speak to you personally before you book so that we can offer our specialist advice. Our holidays are aimed at discerning clients who prefer to be treated as travellers rather than package tourists.

The Rhodes Area,is one of the 4 areas that Laskarina has in Greece.Greece and the islands that Laskarina works with,has been divided in order to make travelling more convinient.

Working with MBC Travel,has made things a lot easier for the traveller.Meni DeGeorge and her staff in the office and at Rhodes Airport,work 7 days of the week to be able to provide the services you require.
